Mark Ericson stopped by the WMUR studios for a 'Cooks Corner' segment to promote Special Olympics of New Hampshire. He may get to sleep in nowadays, but Mark Ericson will still be spending 'Plunge Weekend' with me at Hampton Beach to help out Special Olympics of New Hampshire. This will be Mark's 15th year hosting this amazing event for a wonderful organization.

Mark joined WMUR's Kevin Skarupa and Kevin's son, Levi in the kitchen to make a 'Super Easy Super Parfait!' (The Plunge theme this year is 'Superheroes!)

This year marks the 16th Annual Penguin Plunge (and 7th Annual High School Plunge) where thousands of plungers brave the icy cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean all to benefit Special Olympics of New Hampshire.
