Massachusetts Woman Arrested For Fake Prescriptions [NEWS]

(Stratham,N.H. ) - N.H.State Police have arrested a Massachusetts woman for passing fraudulent prescriptions for Oxycodone at the CVS Pharmacy in Portsmouth. 48 year old Ann Federico of Haverhill, Massachusetts turned herself in to the Stratham Police Department and was charged with three counts of Uttering a False Prescription to the Pharmacy. Federico was released on $25,000 dollars bail and has a court date of November 10th.
