Mazzaglia Does Not Want to Appear at Sentencing [NEWS]

(Dover,N.H.) - Seth Mazzaglia, who is facing life imprisonment for raping and killing UNH student Elizabeth Marriott, does not want to appear at his sentencing hearing this week which  is expected to include statements from at least 11 family members and friends of the victim. The 31 year old Mazzaglia is scheduled to be sentened on Thursday. Prosecutors will argue against the motion filed on behalf of Mazzaglia to not be present at his sentencing at a hearing on Tuesday in Superior Court in Dover.
