McDonough Returns To Witness Stand In Mazzaglia Trial [NEWS]

(Dover, NH) - Kathering "Kat" McDonough will be back on the witness stand for a second day as the Seth Mazzaglia murder trial continues in Strafford County Superior Court.The 20-year old McDonough yesterday told that court that she witnessed the murder of 19-year old Elizabeth "Lizzi" Marriott in October of 2012, saying Mazzaglia strangled her with a rope before having sex with the body. McDonough is serving time in the NH State Prison for Women for helping Mazzaglia dispose of the body in the Piscataqua River in Portsmouth. The body has never been recovered. Mazzaglia is charged with first degree murder in the case.
