Friday morning finds me in the North Country. As always, big thanks to the Wyatt House Inn for fabulous accommodations. I'm here this morning for ceremonies opening up the brand new Mount Washington Observatory Museum in the Sherman Adams Building on the summit of Mount Washington. If you've never been to the summit it's definitely something for your "to-do" list this Summer. Use the Auto Road or take the Cog Railway, but get there.

New this year is the completely re-designed Mount Washington Observatory Museum. It's very high-tech and whiz-bang. The same people that make big, colorful sets for TV shows like "Good Morning America" are the masterminds behind the new addition to the summit. Governor Hassan is scheduled to be on hand to officially open the new attraction this morning. As always this time of year, if you're going to use the Auto Road call them first to check conditions.
