Confidence in British banks
The Bank of England says it's secure against any upheaval from the vote to leave the European Union. Bank of England Gov. Mark Carney says the bank has "engaged in extensive contingency planning" and has stress-tested British banks for far worse scenarios. Meanwhile, Prime Minister David Cameron says he will resign by the fall and insists the British people's will must be respected.
