Amtrak: Normal service but some delays today
Amtrak says there could be some delays today as it resumes normal service following a fatal derailment outside Philadelphia, where a train struck heavy equipment on the tracks, killing the equipment operator and a supervisor. Federal officials are investigating the crash. Amtrak says commuters may encounter delays between Philadelphia and Wilmington, Delaware.

Robbery suspects arrested
Two robbery suspects have been arrested after holding police at bay in Keene. Police say the suspects barricaded themselves in an apartment on Saturday. Brandon Bostwick jumped from a second-story window and ran from the house, but was soon apprehended. Police say Jennifer Sherrick remained in the house, and was eventually taken into custody.
