Michigan's a primary prize
Today's primaries may not produce dramatic changes in the presidential campaigns, but enough delegates are at stake to offer an opportunity for front-runners to pad leads or for rivals to catch up. For Republican front-runner Donald Trump, Michigan, the first industrial state to vote this year, offers a test of his growing popularity among blue-collar white voters. Mississippi, Idaho and Hawaii also hold Republican contests. Democrats vote in Michigan and Mississippi.

Judge to decide if DeLemus should remain jailed
A judge is deciding whether a New Hampshire man facing charges in an armed standoff in Nevada by ranchers opposed to federal control of public lands should remain jailed. Gerald DeLemus is accused of being a "mid-level leader" and organizer of a conspiracy to recruit, organize, train and provide support to armed men and other followers of rancher Cliven Bundy.
