Accused conspirator in court
The man accused of conspiring with San Bernardino gunman Syed Rizwan Farook has made his first court appearance. Enrique Marquez appeared disheveled but calm and showed no emotion Monday during his 10-minute appearance in federal court in Riverside, California. Marquez is accused of purchasing two assault rifles that Farook and his wife used to kill 14 people.

POTUS to meet with relatives of California shooting
President Barack Obama is planning to meet with relatives of the San Bernardino shooting victims today. The visit will take place while Obama is enroute to Hawaii for his annual vacation. The White House says before leaving Washington, the president will hold his traditional year-end news conference.

Homelessness in NH remains unchanged
The New Hampshire Coalition to End Homelessness says the number of people experiencing homelessness has remained unchanged from 2014 to 2015. The coalition says a number of factors have slowed the statewide progress in ending homelessness, including "an increasingly scare affordable housing market."
