Missing helicopter found in Nepal
Nepal's Defense Secretary says a U.S. Marine helicopter that disappeared while on a relief mission is in pieces and there's no chance of any survivors. Three bodies have been found near the wreckage and officials say the remains were charred. The helicopter carried six Marines and to Nepalese soldiers.

Congress passes bill ensuring survivor benefits not taxed
The U.S. Senate has passed legislation that makes sure death benefits paid to families of public safety officer who are killed in the line of duty are not subject to federal income tax. U.S. Sens. Kelly Ayotte and Jeanne Shaheen introduced the bill and say it's now headed to the president for his signature.

Boil water order for Lebanon
Close to 15,000 people in the Lebanon area, including two hospitals, are under a boil water order after bacteria turned up in the city's water distribution system. The source of the coliform and E. coli hasn't been identified but health experts say it may have come from contamination or from animal waste.
