Authorities say Labrie violated curfew
A prosecutor says a New Hampshire prep school graduate convicted of sexually assaulting a 15-year-old classmate has violated curfew at least eight times and should have his bail revoked. Owen Labrie has been living with his mother in Tunbridge, Vermont, as he appeals his one-year jail sentence, and a requirement he register as a sex offender.
