Threat remains high in Waco
Police in Waco, Texas say the threat remains high following Sunday's violent clash between rival motorcycle gangs that ended in the deaths of nine bikers. The biker gangs gathered at a popular restaurant to talk about turf and recruitment. The fight began with punches and grew to include chains, knives and guns. The nine dead were members of the Bandidos and Cossacks motorcycle groups.

GOP committee takes no action against Guinta
The New Hampshire Republican Party's Executive Committee has taken no action against U.S. Rep Frank Guinta, despite calls from fellow Republicans that he resign after the Federal Election Commission found he broke the law by accepting campaign donations from his parents.

Police officer charged with assaulting suspect starts trial
A police officer who was fired after he was caught on tape roughing up a suspect at police headquarters in Seabrook is facing trial. The surveillance video shows Officer Mark Richardson slamming the suspect's head into a wall. He's been charged with simple assault in connection with the Nov. 11, 2009, encounter at the police station. A jury was picked for Richardson's trial Monday and opening statements were scheduled for today.
