Iran talks about extending deadline
China's foreign minister says negotiators are still working on elements of a deal even as talks on Iran's nuclear program shift to an agreement to continue past tonight's midnight deadline. Secretary of State John Kerry and Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif agreed yesterday to start discussion on continuing past the target date. Iran wants sanction relief in exchange for curbs on its nuclear program.

2 sought in pizzeria robbery
Police are searching for two men who robbed a pizzeria at gunpoint in Dover over the weekend. Police confirmed that a bullet was fired outside of Papa Jay's Pizzeria as the two fled the scene Saturday night. No one was hurt. The men took some cash and left.

Presque Isle man's van strikes, kills moose
State police say a northern Maine man narrowly escaped injury when his minivan struck a moose on Route 163. Police say 34-year-old Mark Forino of Presque Isle was heading east on Sunday night in Ashland when the moose walked into the road in front of his Toyota Sienna. Forino was unable to avoid impact and the van struck the moose, killing it. The moose crashed through the windshield and into the passenger compartment of the van, narrowly missing Forino. The driver was not injured but did have some broken glass flushed from his eyes at the scene.
