Most of New Hampshire is under a 'Red Flag Warning' today for fire danger.

The 'Red Flag Warning' is in effect for all of New Hampshire with the exception of Coos, Grafton and Coastal Rockingham Counties from 11am until 7pm today.

Mayor Martin J. Walsh is trying to start a new tradition on the second anniversary of the Boston Marathon bombings. He's declared today "One Boston Day," saying it's a time to show kindness and generosity. The anniversary will also be marked with a moment of silence and the tolling of church bells.

House to vote on taxing medical marijuana dispensaries
The New Hampshire House will take up legislation today aimed at ensuring licensed medical marijuana dispensaries pay property taxes. The dispensaries, none of which have been opened, will be licensed by the state under the medical marijuana laws. A bill already passed by the Senate closes a loophole in the 2013 law that may have allowed the dispensaries not to pay taxes. A House committee unanimously recommends passage.

Gulf of Maine Shrimp
A multi-state regulatory commission is almost finished taking comments about how to manage the Gulf of Maine's shuttered shrimp fishery. The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission is collecting public comment until today about the possibility of establishing rules for the shrimp fishery when and if the stock recovers. The shrimp have been largely unavailable to consumers since regulators shut the fishery down in 2013.
