Brady wins 'Deflategae' court case
Tom Brady’s ‘Deflategate’ four game suspension was nullified after a judge issued his findings Thursday. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the league will appeal. U.S. District Judge Richard M. Berman criticized Goodell for dispensing "his own brand of industrial justice." In a statement, Goodell said he will appeal the ruling "to uphold the collectively bargained responsibility to protect the integrity of the game."

Police involved shooting in Merrimack
A police involved shooting in Merrimack yesterday left one man critically injured. According to authorities, the officer was responding to a domestic disturbance call.The Attorney General's Office said Harrison Lambert, 23, was shot by at least one of the two officers who were called to a Joppa Road home about 12:20 p.m. Lambert was airlifted to a Boston hospital. Neither of the officers was injured. Officials said the investigation into the incident is on going.

Mourners remember shooting victim
A candlelight vigil walk was held last night in Manchester as mourners came to remember a woman shot and killed last Sunday evening. Dense Robert was out for a walk in the North End section of the city when she was shot and killed. No arrest has been made in her death. Her funeral will be held today at St. Marie Church in Manchester.
