Cosby faces criminal charges
Just days before Pennsylvania's 12-year statute of limitations was set to run out, prosecutors have brought sexual assault charges against Bill Cosby. Dozens of women have publicly accused the 78-year-old entertainer of sexual misconduct going back decades, but this is the first time Cosby is facing criminal charges. This case involves former Temple University employee Andrea Constand, who accuses Cosby of sexually assaulting her after giving her pills and wine.

Unlicensed driver killed in accident 
Police say an unlicensed driver trying to pass a car on Rt 16 collided head-on with a car carrying four Secret Service agents on Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton's protective detail. The accident happened about 7 p.m. Tuesday in Wakefield. Killed was 45-year-old Bruce Danforth. A Secret Service spokeswoman says the agents sustained serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

One killed in Exeter crash
Police say a 26-year-old woman was killed when she drove off Route 101 in Exeter, went airborne and smashed into a guardrail. State police say Janelle Jordan of Newmarket died in the crash that happened about 11:30 a.m. yesterday.
