13 held in Istanbul raids
Turkey's state-run news agency says police have detained 13 people in connection with Tuesday's deadly airport attack that killed 42 people and wounded more than 230 others. Anadolu Agency says three foreign nationals are among the group of suspects detained in Istanbul. Anadolu says police carried out simultaneous raids at 16 locations in the city.

Authorities search for missing man
Dive teams resumed their search this morning for a missing man in Errol. The New Hampshire Fish and Game Department says 36-year-old Justin Smith, of Colebrook, went canoeing with another man Wednesday in the Androscoggin River when their boat tipped over.
