Our thoughts are with all touched by this tragedy. The country is still reeling from the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history by a man who called 911 from the scene to profess loyalty to an Islamic State Group leader. Dozens of bodies were slowly removed overnight from a popular Orlando, Florida gay club where authorities say suspect Omar Mateen emerged, carrying an AR-15, fired relentlessly - 20 rounds, 40, then 50 and more. Thirty-nine people died in the club and 11 more at hospitals. There's global condemnation including Washington and the Vatican.

Weather

Partly to mostly sunny, more clouds will move in later in the day, breezy at times, high 73.

New Hampshire man at Florida nightclub before shooting
A New Hampshire man says he was at a gay nightclub in Florida just before a shooting that left at least 50 people dead. Tylor Curtis tells WMUR-TV that he was vacationing in Orlando with another friend from Lebanon when they decided to go to the Pulse nightclub. He says they left about a half-hour before the shooting early Sunday because it was crowded. Curtis tells the television station, "We could have been killed. It's just a miracle." He says he and his friend woke up to phone calls and text messages from concerned family and friends. New Hampshire Gov. Maggie Hassan has ordered flags to fly at half-staff until Thursday in honor of the victims of the shooting.
In a statement, Hassan calls it a "heinous and cowardly attack."
