Last occupiers to surrender in OR 
The last four people to occupy a national wildlife refuge in eastern Oregon say they're giving themselves up to authorities this morning. Last night, law officers surrounded the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge in a tense standoff, and occupier David Fry sounded increasingly unraveled. The group, led by Ammon Bundy, seized the refuge on Jan. 2 to oppose federal land-use policies. But Bundy has been behind bars, and his father was taken into custody last night.
