Willie Nelson has been in the news a lot lately from a death hoax to a new album with Merle Haggard, the 82-year-old is still going strong.

Depending on which website you believe, Willie's birthday is either April 29th or today, April 30th. According to 'The Boot,' it's today, so I'm going with that source because it gives me the excuse to feature him in our weekly 'Throwback Thursday' video. Scroll down for classic Willie.

Demonstrations for Freddie Gray 
Police in Baltimore say there were no major disturbances reported during the city's second night of a 10p.m.-to-5.a.m. curfew. A crowd in New York City also joined in last night's demonstrations over the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray, who was arrested earlier this month and mysteriously sustained serious spinal injuries. At least 60 people were arrested in last night's New York protest.There also was a protest in Ferguson, Missouri.

New Hampshire high court to rule on death sentence fairness
New Hampshire's highest court is set to rule on the fairness of a death sentence for a man convicted of killing a police officer.Michael Addison is the state's only death row inmate, convicted of killing Manchester officer Michael Briggs in 2006.Today's decision will mark the first time the justices have ruled on the fairness of a death sentence. Addison's lawyers argued in January that the Briggs shooting lack the brutality of most of the other cases.If the court upholds the death sentence, his lawyers could ask it to reconsider.New Hampshire's last execution was the 1939 hanging of an Alton store owner who beat a 10-year-old boy to death.

Sanders makes it official
Bernie Sanders has made it official, telling The Associated Press in an interview that he's running for president. The Vermont independent senator says he will seek the Democratic nomination, joining Hillary Rodham Clinton in a race in which she's the heavy favorite.
