Hillary Clinton says GOP are hypocrites on abortion 
Hillary Rodham Clinton is lashing out at what she calls Republican hypocrisy on abortion. At last night's Democratic presidential debate in Las Vegas, Clinton said the GOP wants to reduce the role of big government in people's lives. But she says that's not the case with social issues like abortion. Clinton says, "They don't mind having big government to interfere with a woman's right to choose and to try to take down Planned Parenthood. They're fine with big government when it comes to that. I'm sick of it!"

Jury selection scheduled for Dion trial
Jury selection has been scheduled for the trial of a man who was captured in Florida 15 months after his parents were found strangled in their burning New Hampshire home. Prosecutors say Matthew Dion beat his parents and strangled them with a wire last year, then set the house on fire. Jury selection is scheduled for the week of January 19th, followed by a two-week trial.

More people under tent that originally believed
An investigation has found there were more people under a circus tent that collapsed than were originally estimated. Two spectators were killed and 50 others were injured. Authorities initially said about 100 people were under the tent at the Lancaster fairgrounds when the storm blew through the area in August.
