Court date in prison escape
Two escaped inmates in northern New York have now been on the run for 10 days. A prosecutor says there's no evidence the men had a "Plan B" after a prison employee backed out of being the getaway driver. That leads authorities to believe the men are still nearby. The employee, Joyce Mitchell, is due in court again today. She's charged with supplying the men with the tools they used to break out.

Two hurt in plane crash
Two people have been seriously injured in a small plane crash in North Hampton. The plane crashed in the woods yesterday after taking off from Hampton Airfield. The names of the victims and their conditions were not immediately available.

State's top court set to hear appeal arguments in Sanborn case
The state's top court is set to hear arguments this week in the appeal of a man convicted of negligent homicide in a 2010 gunpowder plant explosion in Colebrook that killed two workers. Craig Sanborn was sentenced to 10-20 years in prison after being convicted in 2013 in connection with the deadly explosion at his Black Mag gunpowder plant. The justices will hear arguments on Thursday.
