We all have at least one of 'em! That person that is so difficult to buy a gift for.

NECC owner and employees arrested
Two years after a deadly outbreak of meningitis, federal authorities say two co-founders and 12 other former employees of a Massachusetts compounding pharmacy blamed for a fungal meningitis outbreak that killed 64 people have been arrested. Authorities say Gregory Conigliaro and Barry Cadden, co-founders of the New England Compounding Center in Framingham, were among 14 people arrested Wednesday morning.

Bill to enhance treatment for vets on way to POTUS
New Hampshire Senators Kelly Ayotte and Jeanne Shaheen say a bill on its way to President Barack Obama will enhance treatment services for veterans living with traumatic brain injuries. The senators say they've introduced legislation that would modify a pilot program created in 2008 to place veterans with these severe injuries in residential living programs.

FEMA officials in VT today
Officials with the Federal Emergency Management Agency will be in Vermont today to assess the damage from last week's snow storm. The state must show at least $1 million in eligible costs. Counties also must meet certain thresholds to get federal help.
