Crowds gather for Pope
The only non-ticketed event of the pope's visit is already drawing a crowd as people line up to try to grab a coveted spot to watch a late morning parade in Washington. Police and the Secret Service are enforcing road closures in the area and directing foot traffic. Pope Francis meets today with President Barack Obama and later with his U.S. bishops.

Supporters of Medicaid expansion speak out 
Supporters of efforts to expand Medicaid are warning New Hampshire efforts to battle drug abuse will suffer if the program ends. More than 40,000 people are insured under the Medicaid expansion that began last year. Unlike traditional Medicaid, it covers substance abuse programs.

NH Works Office reopens today 
After a month's closure for repairs, the Manchester New Hampshire Works office is reopening today. The office offers a range of services to job seekers from computers to unemployment benefits help and group workshops.
