(Concord,N.H.) - The New Hampshire House has voted to give in-state tuition to students who are in the country illegally  who attend the University System of New Hampshire colleges. The students would have to have graduated from a New Hampshire high school or earned a New Hampshire high school equivalency certificate and meet additional criteria  to receive the in-state tuition rates. The House voted 188-155 to pass the bill that treats the immigrants like residents.
