( Concord, N.H. ) – The New Hampshire house has once again rejected casino gambling, voting down a proposal that would have legalized two casinos by a roughly 50 vote margin.

The bill, if passed, would have allowed for two casinos in New Hampshire, one large and one small. The Senate, which is typically more open to gambling than the House, had already passed it.  The House vote puts an end to any hopes for a casino this year.
