N.H.R.A. Action Coming to New England Dragway

"Loud, fast and very exciting" said Tommy Johnson in an interview I had with him today on WOKQ.  Tommy is one of the Superstars of the NHRA  looking forward to his appearance this weekend at the NHRA New England Nationals at New England Dragway. He will be  driving the "Make-A-Wish" funny car

While looking toward his first win of the NHRA season Tommy is also looking forward to helping a few local kids enjoy a great weekend.  His car is sponsored by the "Make-A-Wish" foundation and Tommy looks forward to the youngsters sharing in the experience at New England Dragway.

Have you ever been sitting at a traffic light anticipating it turning green ?  Who hasn't. But if you are a funny car drag racer anticipating the green on "The Christmas Tree" at the starting line the experience must be over the top.  I had to ask Tommy about it.
