Nashua Man Charged in Death of Son [NEWS]

(MERRIMACK, NH) - A Nashua man has been charged with negligent homicide after an accident last week that claimed the life of his teenage son.

37 year old  Nghia Huynh was arrainged Monday on charges of Aggravated Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol and one count of Negligent Homicide.  Police say his car went out of control on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack Friday night and rolled over before being hit by two other vehicles. Kobe Huynh was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
