New Hampshire bids farewell to 2016 with a snow storm that could possibly drop up to a foot of snow in some areas of our state.

A statewide 'Winter Storm Warning' that has been posted for Thursday, December 29 into Friday, December 30th. (Keep updated with our StormWatch Info Center)

WMUR's Kevin Skarupa says the snow will begin during the late-morning or early-afternoon hours with the heaviest of the precipitation late in the day, Thursday and during the evening before the storm tapers off Friday morning. Most areas of New Hampshire could see somewhere between 6-12 inches, with wind gusts possibly over 30mph.
