If you didn't get a good night's sleep last night, there's a chance that you could be reading things like this in the wrong place and at the wrong time.

In a study released this week by the National Academy of Sciences, researchers found that too many people take the phones, laptops and tablets into bed with them. The problem is that the light emitted by today's digital devices is unnatural and can be the cause of sleep problems.

So if you get a new electronic reader or digital device for Christmas, enjoy! Just heed the warnings that are coming out about how they can interfere with a good nights sleep.
