New England Braces For Nor’Easter [NEWS]

(Dover, NH) - A nor'easter bearing down on the region could deliver the first major test for replacement workers hired by FairPoint Communications in New Hampshire, Maine  and Vermont. Driving rain and strong wind gusts today and tomorrow could cause service disruptions, and utility crews are prepared to deal with the outages.

More than 1,700 Fairpoint workers remain on strike after contract negotions failed. Some Dover Fairpoint employees tell WOKQ News they fear their jobs will be outsourced.
