New Hampshire Celebrates Memorial Day
(Concord,N.H.) - New Hampshire towns and cities are marking Memorial Day with ceremonies and parades from morning until night.
Communities hosting parades today include Concord and Nashua. Manchester's parade kicks off at 2 p.m., while several towns, including Bow and Hollis will have parades early this evening.
U.S. Sens. Kelly Ayotte and Jeanne Shaheen will be among those attending a Memorial Day ceremony at the state veterans'home in Tilton.
Gov. Maggie Hassan has directed that all flags be flown at half-staff until noon on Monday and all day on Saturday, May 30, in observance of Memorial Day.
