New Traffic Pattern in Newmarket Begins Today

If your travels take you through the town of Newmarket, you should be aware of the following traffic pattern changes.

Beginning today, (August 9th), the traffic pattern in downtown area will be changed from a 2-way pattern to a 1-way traffic pattern as part of the 'Downtown Pedestrian Improvement Project.'

For at least the next month, traffic going south bound will be detoured down Elm Street to Packers Falls Road to South Main Street to Gerry Avenue. This will be in place for up to 4 weeks.
