News Director Don Briand Brightens Up Your Day

Not only does WOKQ's News Director, Don Briand keep you up-to-date with all the latest local and national news, but he is also our resident lightbulb fixer upper!I like to give you little glimpses into our daily lives at the radio station every now and then.   I'm sure our workplace is like your office in alot of ways - everyone has little 'side jobs' they do.  Don's is to change lightbulbs in the newsroom and to make sure the coffee cups are evenly stacked in the employee kitchen.  (That's another story for another time)  I find myself frequently replenishing the paper in the printers.  I often wonder if anyone else does it, since it seems like every other day, I'm carrying reams of paper from one side of the building to the other.  By the way, if you have a bad back..here's a little hint I've learned over the years - take a ream or two of paper and use it as lumbar support on your chair.  It works wonders for your posture!  And...remember, you can always stay 'In-The-Know' with the entire WOKQ news team at WOKQ NewsWatch  Do you have any 'side jobs' at your workplace?  What are they?  Let's compare!
