Britt Landsperger, a former assistant vice president and manager at TD Bank in Portsmouth, is facing up to 105 years in prison for allegedly stealing a LOT of money.  She allegedly took vacations, like one to Sea World.

According to the Union Leader, the amount totals around $98,000. She allegedly stole from a 68-year-old customer with a brain injury.

In the article, the Stratham resident allegedly spent the former teacher's money to pay rent, shop, buy dinners, get manicures, throw a graduation party for a relative, and take family summer vacations, according to prosecutors.

Portsmouth police and the state’s Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services were notified about the alleged thefts after a bank employee reported them in May.

Landsperger, who is currently free on personal recognizance bail “offered the justification that she was a single mother with bills she had to pay,” an affidavit states, according Seacoast Online.

Further digging by the Union Leader found that Hampton police log records show Landsperger was charged with driving under the influence in June.

Why 105 years? According to the Union Leader, officials say Landsperger accessed seven different accounts, which is why she faces seven Class A felony charges of theft by an unauthorized taking. Each of the charges carries a 7½- to 15-year sentence.

Landsperger will be arraigned on the theft charges Jan. 14 at Portsmouth Circuit Court
