30 year old Kyle Tasker is being held on $250-thousand bail after his arrest this week.

Nottingham Police and the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force searched Tasker's home at 80 Smoke Street in Nottingham Tuesday and say additional charges are possible.

Tasker had allegedly communicated with a 14-year old girl online, and was arranging a meeting with the youth. Police were notified and Tasker was apprehended Tuesday.

State officials are urging Tasker to resign from the House.

Speaker Shawn Jasper has already removed Tasker from Children And Family Law Committee.

Tasker is serving his third term in the Legislature. In 2012, he made headlines when he dropped a handgun on the floor of a state building where he was to attend a hearing.
