No Arrest In Rochester Hit & Run Death

Rochester, NH) - Rochester Police are still trying to identify the person who was operating a truck involved in a hit & run accident early Thursday morning.

51 year old Jeffrey Howarth of Rochester was found alongside Route 11 near the Spaulding Turnpike on-ramp around 12:30 Thursday morning. He had died of injuries after being struck while riding his bicycle toward downtown Rochester.

Police were able to determine that the suspect vehicle was a green Dodge truck, and with help from the public, were able to locate the vehicle believed to be involved. It was impounded in Dover, and efforts continue to determine who was driving at the time of the accident.
