Not A Weekend… It’s A “Geekend”

Gary Best is our meteorologist on duty for Friday morning and he says the weekend is sunny, warm and rain-free. By all means you should definitely get out and do something to enjoy it. That being said however, a whole lot of my weekend will be spent indoors. We hope you'll check out "Postcards From Heaven" with psychic  medium Maureen Hancock on Saturday night at The Music Hall in Portsmouth. Whether you believe in this sort of thing or not, Maureen brings a sense of humor to the event to make it unlike anything you've ever seen. I will be there in my management capacity so you won't see me on stage, but I'll be around.

Then, on Sunday I'll put on my brand new Batman t-shirt and head to Boston. It's Boston Comic-Con weekend. This weekend the city is filled with geeks and cosplayers as well as some celebs from the world of comics, TV and movies. If you're driving anywhere near the Seaport World Trade Center this weekend, expect to see costumed heroes and general geek-demonium on the streets of Boston.
