One Injured, One Arrested After Rochester Accident

(Rochester, NH) - One man was hospitalized and another was arrested after a Sunday night accident in Rochester.

Rochester Police say a pick-up driven by 72 year old Robert Hoitt of Rochester pulled out of Wallace Street on to Portland Street and into the path of an oncoming car driven by 59 year old Ellison Hancock of Rochester.

Hancock was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Hoitt was arrested at the scene on a DWI charge. he is free on PR bail pending a court appearance next week.
