Only Days to Go Until the Insane Inflatable 5K

If you're workout routine is getting stale or boring and you need a new challenge, this Saturday morning we may have just the thing for you at Rockingham Park in Salem NH.

That's because that's when The Insane Inflatable 5K comes to town. I've run 5K races before but this is nothing like anything you've ever seen. Throw mazes, bounce pads, military style obstacles in there and we've got a good challenge ahead.

The finish line is a six story tall slide and that had me worried when I first heard of it but watching video of the course has me excited to part of the event. I'm running in the 11 am heat so I'll see you there. If you haven't registered yet, there's still time for you to sign up!
