(FOXBOROUGH, Mass) -  LeGarette Blount had four of the New England Patriots' six rushing touchdowns in a 43 to 22 win over the visiting Indianapolis Colts in the AFC Divisional Playoffs.

Blount scored the Pats' first three touchdowns on three yard runs before ripping off a 73 yard scoring burst with 12:55 left, less than two minutes before Stevan Ridley scored his second TD of the night.  Blount accounted for 165 of the Patriots' 234 rushing yards.

 

(Hollis, Maine) - Maine State Police say slushy road conditions contributed to a crash this weekend that killed two people in Hollis.

Investigators say that the two vehicle crash took place yesterday afternoon when a 17 year old driver lost control of his van and struck a pickup.  Two passengers in the van were killed.  The teen driver suffered multiple injuries but is expected to survive.  Police say that two people in a pickup were injured.  Police haven't released any names, but say they are a man and woman.

 

(Portsmouth) - Another bridge replacement job gets underway in Portsmouth Monday.

This time the project involves the Islington Street Bridge over the Route One Bypass

The bridge could be closed to traffic for up to a year during the complete replacement project.  It comes as another bridge, the one spanning the bypass on Middle Road has reopened to traffic.  Detours will be up to alert drivers to the closing starting tomorrow.

(North Conway)- The Mount Washington Observatory plans to show its renovated museum on the mountaintop in June.

Extreme Mount Washington will show visitors what winter is like at the mountain.  Through hands-on high tech exhibits, the museum will present a sampling of the world's worst weather.  Exhibit components are being constructed this winter, and will be transported to the summit for installation as soon as the auto road reopens this spring.
