(Rochester, NH) - A teenage boy suffered non-life threatening injuries in an early-morning accident near Spaulding High School.

The 14 year old had been dropped off near the school at 7:20 this morning and was crossing the street in the area of the crosswalk on Wakefield Street when he was struck by a car driven by 31 year old Sarah O'Halloran of Sanbornville.

The boys father was still on scene when the accident occurred.

The boy transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital for treatment of his injuries.

Rochester Police remind motorists that schools are open and to use extra care when traveling near the schools, especially in early mornings and afternoons.
