People of New England Weigh in On The Twitter Toothbrush Debate

In case you missed it, this morning Bill brought to my attention that there is yet another debate happening on Twitter. This time it's about brushing your teeth. The question is, do you wet your toothbrush before you put toothpaste on it or after? I happen to do both whereas Bill does just after.
