(Manchester, N.H. ) - An accident at the corner of Spruce and Union streets in Manchester early this morning is under investigation. Limited information is available but Manchester police have confirmed that a police cruiser was involved in the incident.Investigators have not yet revealed who or what caused the accident, but they have said that no one was hurt.
