Time for an honesty check. Would you want to wear your own new, trendy wedding gown, or would you keep a century-old family tradition alive?

Apparently, bride-to-be Abby Kingston of Pennsylvania didn't have a second thought. She happily slipped into the 120-year-old wedding gown first worn by her great-great-grandmother in 1885. She became the 11th woman in her family to wear the heirloom dress.

This story made the rounds recently on social media and it got me wondering how many of us, in order to carry on a family legacy would actually spend their wedding day in a gown 120 years old.
