Poop Found in the Water in Alton Bay

This is number two on the list of reason you may not want to cool off in Alton Bay for the time being.

NH1.com reports that fecal matter was found in water tested earlier this week. Further results are expected before the end of the week. There appears to be concern of a septic issue in the area rather than kids being lazy.

In the meantime, consider another beach, a pool, or just stay home and eat popsicles.
