( Portsmouth, N.H. ) - Police in Portsmouth  have determined that a woman found dead in November died from an overdose of fentanyl and another woman who died two months later, overdosed on heroin.

They say the Nov. 24 death of 51 year old Carol Fisher was caused by an overdose of fentanyl.  35 year old Shanna Hogan, died of a heroin overdose.

Three earthquakes up to magnitude 4.2 and nearly a half-dozen aftershocks have jolted northern Idaho, with residents from Washington State to Montana saying they felt the tremors.  No injuries or damage has been reported.

A man convicted of attempted murder in the 2012 shooting of a Manchester police officer has filed for a review of his sentence of 60 years to life.  A panel of three judges will examine Myles Webster's  sentence at a hearing. Webster also asked a judge for new lawyers, saying the ones he had at trial didn't do a good job.
