On average I go to the gym three or four times a week. And before I ever touch a weight or jump on a bike, I make sure my music is set. People always assume, because I work at WOKQ, that I listen to Country. Well....the truth is, I usually don't listen to Country when I'm at the gym.

Usually I just fire up Pandora and listen to some of my favorite bands from the nineties. Like Oasis. Or The Black Crowes. Sometimes I go Big Eighties. Come on...who doesn't love to rock out with Bon Jovi? And sometimes...sometimes I'll even crank up some seventies disco. Yep...I can really pump out some leg-lifts to KC & The Sunshine Band.
