It's the largest single sporting event in New England. A hundred thousand people will be in Loudon this weekend for Sunday's Sylvania 300 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. WOKQ is proud to provide the official kick-off for both Sprint Cup weekends in the Granite State with our Thursday Fanfest events. This week we want to thank Sidewalk Records in Nashville for bringing in Dylan Scott for the festivities.

The weather was with us, which has not always been the case. Just ask Brett Eldridge. We held a chowder competition from among the various food vendors at The Magic Mile this weekend.

The audience had a great Q and A session with driver Landon Cassill who turned out to be one of the coolest guys we've ever interviewed at NHMS. Jerry Gappens was on hand to update us on the season and kick-off the Hauler Parade.

Perhaps the weirdest part of the night was a Mascot Go-Kart Race between Milo The Moose, Leroy the Lynx from NHTI and Bond Auto mascot Georgie.

A great show with Dylan Scott capped off the night. If you missed out on all of this, catch up with our video montage.
