I get that they're responsible for keeping up to code, but this seems ridiculous.

If you've ever been out on the town in Portsmouth you know there are a lot of bars to enjoy a cocktail or two.

Seacoastonline reports that a few people got into a scuffle outside Dos Amigos back in February and upon hearing this the New Hampshire Liquor Commission decided to fine the good people at "Dos" 250 bucks.

Now, at least it's not a steep penalty (my last speeding ticket was more than that) but still....it's a matter of principle.

How are they responsible for people fighting outside their front door?  I mean those in the scuffle literally did what happens when a fight break out....they "took it outside."

Seems a little ridiculous to fine the restaurant.  The people acting up should be held responsible for their own actions.

Also...who fights about burritos?  There should be no reason to fight over burritos, there are plenty to go around.
